Privacy policy
- What we collect: your name and mobile number (to sign in), and if you give them, your email and delivery address. We also keep your orders and any payment screenshot you upload.
- Why: to take, pack and deliver your order, and to send you order updates on WhatsApp. We send festival offers only if you said yes, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP or unticking the box in your profile.
- Who else sees it: Fast2SMS and Meta (WhatsApp) carry our messages and login codes, and our web host stores the website. We never sell or rent your details.
- Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in. Your cart is saved only in your own browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
- How long: we keep orders for our accounts and remove old finished orders after the season. To have your account deleted, message us from your registered number.
Terms of sale
- Fireworks are sold only to adults (18 years and above). Please follow the safety notes on each product and your local rules on timings and green crackers.
- Your order is confirmed once we have checked your UPI payment. The price shown at checkout, including any festival offer, is the price you pay.
- Pickup: you pay the full amount by UPI and collect the order from our shop. We hand it over to whoever shows your Order ID at the counter.
- Home delivery: you pay the advance shown at checkout by UPI, and the rest to our delivery person when he hands over the order. Home delivery is for our local area and is available until 5 November 2026.
- If a product runs out after you order, we will call or WhatsApp you to replace it or refund that part.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel by messaging us on WhatsApp with your Order ID before your order is packed. We refund the full amount you paid by UPI to the same UPI account.
- After an order is packed, please contact us. Fireworks cannot be returned once handed over, for safety reasons, unless an item is damaged or missing.
- If we cancel your order, we refund everything you paid.
- Refunds are sent within 7 working days.
